Batch refresh synchronisation settings

It may happen that you make changes in the channel extranet, for example add or edit rate plans, room types, change the pricing model etc., and forget to do the same updates directly in Rentals United. In such a case, when you perform an update from Rentals United at a later time, it is likely that you will receive an error and the updates will be unsuccessful due to configuration discrepancies between Rentals United and the channel.

In this article, you can read how to refresh synchronisation settings for all properties. Use this option if:

  • you notice discrepancies between Rentals United and your HRS channel

  • you want to ensure that your configuration in sales channel is reflected in Rentals United

  • you performed updates directly in the sales channel and you want to bring them in Rentals United

  • you receive an error when performing an update from Rentals United to HRS channel

  1. In Rentals United platform, go to the Services tab.

  2. Select the proper list to search for Sales Channel.

    • Find Services lists the channels you are not yet connected to,

    • My Services lists the channels which you have already established connection with and channels that are in the process of being connected.

  3. Type the Sales Channel name in the search box or scroll down through the list of available channels.

  4. Unfold the Sales Channel section by clicking the Down arrow button.
