What to do in case of overbooking?

This scenario rarely happens, but in case you face this issue, please contact the Rentals United Support Team and report your overbooking as soon as possible, so that we can investigate why this happened and prevent this in the future. Provide us with the Rentals United reservation ID, which you can find in Guest Planner.

We understand the problems it may cause and apologize for inconvenience. Now, the best steps to handle this overbooking are the following:

  • Try to reallocate the guest to another apartment,

  • Contact the guest and ask them to cancel the booking,

  • Contact the channel and ask them either to relocate the guest themselves or to cancel the booking,
