Static data
Static content (property descriptive content) refers to the type of data which changes infrequently and denotes property descriptive content. In Rentals United, it includes elements like property's basic information, amenities, description, photos or payment methods. Note that some elements of pricing are also shared with Sales Channels as part of the static content.

Rentals United triggers the synchronization of property descriptive content once a day and imports the changes from PMS to Rentals United system. Static data update times are more or less evenly distributed to ensure optimal platform load. | Rentals United does not really have access to the information on the times or frequency of synchronization. They upload data to Rentals United system upon their convenience by calling our API. | Whenever there is a change to the static content made in Rentals United, these changes are immediately available for the PULL SC. However, Rentals United does not have access to the information on the times or frequency of retrieving the data from Rentals United to the SC system, as this is performed by the SC through a call to our API. | Sending changes made to the static content must be manually triggered by the client or Rentals United staff. ARI data
Availability, Rates and Inventory (ARI) data refers to the dynamic content and stands for property availability, as well as rate plans and inventory data. In Rentals United, the ARI data includes elements from Step 5: Price and availability and these are elements like number of available units, changeover days, minimum stay or prices.

ARI data (with very few exceptions) is usually synchronized every 15 - 45 minutes (depending on the partner’s technical possibilities). If a single update requires more time than the stated time, a new update is run as soon as the previous one completes. | Rentals United does not really have access to the information on the times or frequency of synchronization of the ARI data to Rentals United. This should be nonetheless performed immediately after a change is made in the PMS system. | Whenever there is a change to the static content made in Rentals United, these changes are immediately available for the PULL SC.
