Integration model
Your properties in Rentals United will be presented based on the information TRACK shares about them. This document outlines how the two systems work together.

Rentals United retrieves the static content and ARI data from TRACK at predefined times - see Data synchronization.

Reservation insertion, cancellations and modifications are supported - see Reservation processing.
Multi-unit synchronisation
TRACK has enabled synchronisation of availability, pricing, and static data for multi-unit properties. As a result, users need to select either single-unit synchronisation or multi-unit synchronisation per property. Users cannot have properties of two types mixed under one connection. If you switch to the multi-unit synchronisation, your single-units will be archived in Rentals United. See more here.
Connection limitations
Certain descriptive property data is hard-coded with same value for all properties and all clients.
Note that you will need to add some descriptive property information to your properties in Rentals United platform before they can be connected to sales channels.
