Introduction

TRACK (powered by TravelNet Solutions) empowers enterprise property care managers with solutions built around the industries leading CRM with integrated modules to deliver the best end to end experience for guests, owners, and property managers. TRACK Hospitality Software is an enterprise trusted software provider for Vacation Rentals, Resorts, and Hotels.

Integration model

Your properties in Rentals United will be presented based on the information TRACK shares about them. This document outlines how the two systems work together.

• Rentals United retrieves the static content and ARI data from TRACK at predefined times - see Data synchronization.

• Reservation insertion, cancellations and modifications are supported - see Reservation processing.

Connection limitations

Certain descriptive property data is hard-coded with same value for all properties and all clients.

Note that you will need to add some descriptive property information to your properties in Rentals United platform before they can be connected to sales channels.

Currently, there is no multi-unit connection in TRACK.
