Company profile data is required for quick channel contracting, connection set-up or verification purposes. Additionally, details provided here will be used to send you important updates regarding rentals and reservations, as well as management of your account in regards of safety - procedures to change your passwords, account activity and more. They may be also used in connection with our partners, e.g. sales channels and, then, passed to guests who decide to book a stay with you.

You can log in to Rentals United and click the User Profile. Select Company Profile.

Once you are there, fill in the required information. Please, read the form carefully and provide all the required details. This is crucial for contracting new channels and for your current connection to run smoothly.

If you wish, you can upload your company logo and provide the website details.

Also, you are asked to provide the details of your legal representative that can act on your behalf. Note that filling this information is mandatory.

Additionally, you are asked a couple of questions regarding the scope of your activity, pricing strategy and flexibility in terms of cooperation with other channels and partners. Please, answer all the question in order to provide Rentals United with the best company profile you can. Based on that, Rentals United may suggest to you new connections and ways of development.
