Stop receiving bookings

You may want to stop receiving bookings from some channels and you can do it from Rentals United dashboard any time. This is not a complicated procedure, but there a few steps to take in order to do it correctly and avoid possible overbookings.

  • remove your property from the listing website

  • stop sharing the property with the channel

  • close availability (temporarily or permanently)

The above actions do not remove the connection between Rentals United and the channel, which means that your listings can be again live in the channel any time you want.

Note: If you no longer manage some properties, you should archive them in Rentals United as described here.

Rentals United works with various channels and these channels differ by integration type. Therefore, there are no common steps that fit all the channels. In order to stop receiving bookings, go to Channel Integrations > Sales Channel > Connecting to... > Deactivate rates or Deactivate properties or Remove listing. Read carefully if there are any additional steps to be taken in the channel dashboard.
