Angells.io is a collaborative B2B OTA designed specifically for professionals in short-term rentals and premium travel. Co-built with more than 50 industry experts, it brings together apartment managers, booking agents, and service providers in a single ecosystem. Its purpose is to help property managers expand their partnerships, boost bookings, and increase revenue—all in one place.

Angells.io enables professionals to pool their resources, including apartments, services, and travellers, and operate as if the platform were their own OTA. Users can offer both their own listings and those of other partners, freely setting commissions for each booking. The platform also connects property managers with thousands of brokers and complementary service providers worldwide.

Angells.io functions as a white-label platform, meaning each user can personalize the experience and manage bookings under their own brand. Angells.io also secures payments and deposits, and offers optional insurance for damage, liability, or cancellation.

How it works

Angells.io works on a request-and-proposal booking model where a booking agent initiates interest in a property and is redirected to a permanent chat with the apartment manager. Through this chat, the agent can ask questions about availability, pricing, or stay details, and once everything is clarified, the manager sends a booking proposal that functions as a quote for both availability and price. The agent can accept or decline the proposal, and once accepted, the booking is created and pushed to Rentals United.

Booking requests

Yes. The booking agent responds to a listing and is redirected to the chat with the manager (a permanent chat with the same manager). There, the agent can ask all their questions. The manager then sends a booking proposal, which the agent can either accept or decline. After the booking proposal is confirmed, it appears in Rentals United.

Quote requests Yes. When accepting the booking proposal, an availability check is performed. If the apartment is no longer available, the acceptance will be declined.

Charges & Payments

Merchant of Record (MOR) No (the apartment manager and the booking agent are Merchants of Record.
Charging party

The apartment manager invoices the booking agent.

The booking agent invoices the end client (traveller).

 

The end client pays by credit card, bank transfer, or direct debit. The money is collected via Stripe and transferred to other parties.

  • Booking commission to the booking agent.

 

The apartment manager can also book an apartment on for their own client without an intermediary booking agent. In this case, the apartment manager invoices the end client (traveller). Stripe then transfers the rent to the apartment manager.

Contract & Onboarding

Average onboarding time
  1. An apartment manager creates their account on Angells.io.

  2. Once the account is created, set up your payment account (5 minutes) via Stripe.

  3. To import the listings, select the Channel Manager category in Angells.io, then click on Connect to RU-Guesty, enter your API key, or log into your account.

  4. Once connected, you can select the listings you wish to display on Angells.io.
