Cancellation penalties

Cancellation fees are withheld from the host’s next payout(s). Whenever a host cancels a reservation under the following circumstances, they will be subject to penalties, which are paid directly to Livjaza.

  • 48 Hours or Less Before Check-In: The host must pay a penalty of 50% of the reservation amount, including any fees (such as cleaning fees or pet fees).

  • Between 48 Hours and 30 Days Before Check-In: The host must pay a penalty of 25% of the reservation amount, including any fees.

  • More Than 30 Days Before Check-In: The host must pay a penalty of 10% of the reservation amount, including any fees.
