Through Stay leads, hosts gain unlimited access to high-quality guest enquiries for a flat fee - without any commissions. Owners retain full control over pricing and bookings, while benefiting from enhanced marketing reach and expert support to optimise rental income and overall property value.

Reservation sync Stay does not create reservations in the Rentals United system. Stay works in the system of leads, connecting potential guests with property managers. Once the guest decides to book a chosen property, Stay sends an email to the property manager. After the reservation is confirmed between the guest and property manager, property manager needs to create it manually in Rentals United or PMS to block the availability.
