Screen & Protect

 

What is it?

Screen & Protect by Rentals United is a property protection service that allows hosts to verify guests during the booking process and provides compensation of up to 50 000 EUR. With proactive protection in place, property owners can rest easy, knowing their homes are safe. You will benefit from happier guests, better reviews, and more bookings. And if any damage does occur, you are reimbursed - turning potential risks into revenue for your business.

Price

You will be issued a separate invoice outlying all the Screen & Protect costs incurred from reservations with check-out dates in the previous month.

All confirmed and verified reservations: 7 EUR / per night. Cancelled reservations are not charged.

All reservations where Screen & Protect was denied: 0.25 EUR / per reservation administration fee

60 EUR service fee for every successful incident payment.

 

Limitations

Geographical limit: Screen & Protect service is currently offered for clients having their properties located in the following countries:

  • Australia

  • Belgium

  • Brazil

  • Canada

  • France

  • Ireland

  • New Zealand

  • Spain

  • United Arab Emirates

  • United Kingdom

  • United States (excluding New York City)

Note that Screen & Protect is available for all your properties located in countries for which you accepted Terms and Conditions. If you wish to exclude some properties, contact the Rentals United Support Team.
