Internal training sessions
The Onboarding Manager holds approximately five training sessions with your team. These sessions cover essential workflows and system management.
Training your property managers
After completing these sessions, your PMS team will be ready to lead similar training for your own property managers. This "train-the-trainer" approach ensures your PMS team can support your property managers long-term.
Three-month transition period
Our Onboarding Specialist remains available to your PMS team for three months following the main onboarding. Use this time to:
Refresh your team’s knowledge on specific features.
Resolve any doubts about daily workflows.
Ask questions as they arise during real-world use.
To make the most of this extra assistance, we recommend onboarding at least three property managers during this three-month window. This allows your specialist to support you while you are actively training your staff.
