Revenue management systems send dynamic pricing data and minimum stay restrictions directly to Rentals United. Rentals United then pushes these updates to all connected booking channels.
Connect revenue management system
Connecting a revenue management system overrides any pricing set directly in Rentals United or on individual booking channels. Property managers manage all base prices, seasonal discounts, and minimum stay rules within the connected revenue management system to prevent data overwrites.
Follow the steps below to connect a revenue management system to Rentals United.
Sign in to your Rentals United account.
Click Services in the main menu.
Click Find services.
Search for the preferred revenue management system, such as PriceLabs, BeyondPricing, or Wheelhouse.
Click Get connected.
Follow the instructions.
Data sync
Revenue management systems typically sync data with Rentals United regularly.

After property manager connects to revenue management system, Rentals United doesn't receive any pricing from the PMS.
