Adding new listing to My Website

Adding new listing to the channel allows you to manage availability, rates, and content from Rentals United. 

Step by step:

1. In Rentals United account, open Property Settings for My Wesbite. Follow the steps here.
2. Click the Add property button.
3. When the question "Is your property already published in My Wesbite?" appears, select No.

4. Choose the properties to add to this channel. Click Continue.

   

5. Review the selected properties. Click Continue.
6. We check the property against listing requirements and display the check summary for you. If some properties are not ready to publish, improve them. 
7. Adjust the price markup and fee markup settings. 
8. Click the Create new listing button. The listings enter the Pending status. 
9. Once the listings go live, the status changes to Active.
