New issues
To open a new ticket, use one of the following methods:
- Email: Send an email to support@rentalsunited.com.
- Rentals United account: Submit a request through the Fast support form in your account.
Submit a new support request
Follow the steps below to submit a new request through your Rentals United account.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Rentals United account.
- In the main menu, click Get support.
- From the dropdown, choose the Fast support form option.
- Choose the category and fill in the required fields.
- Click Send.
Once you submit the form, you'll receive a confirmation email. Use that new thread for all future communication regarding that specific issue.
Replying in an inactive thread
On April 27, 2026, Rentals United is migrating to a new ticketing system to provide a more streamlined support experience.
Messages sent to old threads won't reach our team. If you replied in an inactive thread, you’ll receive an email notification. You must locate the most recent email notification regarding your ticket that was sent from the updated system to continue the conversation.
If you can’t locate the new thread, open a new follow-up ticket to make sure your message reaches our team, following the instructions here.
