Property name
Property name is the basic characteristic that differentiates the property from others and will be displayed across all the Sales Channels the property is connected to. The maximum length of the Property name field in Rentals United is 150 characters. For the best performance Rentals United recommends providing a name of approximately 70 characters.

For Booking.com:
- It must contain between 3 and 255 characters,
- It can't be written in all uppercase characters,
- It can't contain more than five numbers,
- It can't contain emojis or symbols (for example, "★", "+", "< >", "|")
- It can't contain restricted words and prohibited language
Room type name
Room type name is a standardized name that describes a room category based on its layout, size, bed configuration, and intended occupancy. Under one room type, multiple individual units or rooms with the same characteristics are grouped together and managed as a single category within a property. It helps distinguish one kind of room type from another within the same property (for example, "Single room" or "Double room").

- "Lodge", "Villa" and "Holiday home", it is recommended for the property to have a kitchen or a kitchenette
Maximum number of guests
Maximum number of guests defines the highest capacity your property can accommodate. Make sure that your property includes enough beds to accommodate maximum number of guests. Maximum number of guests also impacts your LOS pricing by limiting specific guest-number options.

The maximum number of guests at the property is shared with the channel as the maximum number of adults. The maximum number of children is always set to: “number of adults” - 1. For example, if the maximum number of guests is 6, the maximum number of children will be 5.
Note: The maximum number of guests for Booking.com is 50. Your listing will accept maximum 50 guests, even if you provided higher number in Rentals United.
Floor number
Floor number provides information about the building level the property is located on. Providing the floor number helps guests understand the building's layout and accessibility. This information is especially useful for properties located in high-rise buildings or complexes with multiple levels.

Total floor number
Total floor number indicates the total number of floors in the building where the property is located. The total number of floors is important to guests for practical reasons like room location, accessibility, safety, and access to amenities. Property size
The property size indicates the total area of your accommodation. Providing this information helps guests visualize the space and set expectations for their stay. You can record the size in either square meters (m2) or square feet (sqft).

Geocoordinates precisely indicate a property’s location using specific numerical data. This information consists of Latitude and Longitude, which are essential components of the location data within your Rentals United account. Accurate coordinates ensure your property appears correctly on map searches across booking channels.
