Setting custom payment schedule for Vrbo

Decide whether to charge guests in installments with custom payment schedule for all your listings. If you enable custom payment schedule, Vrbo requires to configure between 2 and 5 down payments.

Step by step:

1. In Rentals United platform, open Channel Settings. Follow the steps here.
2. Navigate to the Custom payment schedule section
3. Choose Enable custom payment schedule option. 
4. Specify the amount the guest pays upon booking.
   
5. To add more levels to the payment schedule, click + Add. Provide the percentage and the number of days before the arrival when the guest pays.
6. Click Save.
