Removing a property from White Label Channel Manager

To control how your properties appear in White Label Channel Manager and on the connected sales channels, you can adjust their isActive and isArchived statuses. Understanding these settings helps manage temporary breaks or permanent removals while ensuring your availability remains accurate across all platforms.

To change the property status, use the Push_SetPropertiesStatus_RQ API method.

The following table explains how different status combinations affect the listings:

Status"isActive""isArchived"Result
ActiveTrueFalseProperty is visible in White Label Channel Manager and distributed to sales channels.
DeactivatedFalseFalseProperty is visible in White Label Channel Manager, but availability is blocked on all channels.
ArchivedFalseTrueProperty is hidden in White Label Channel Manager and all channel connections are disabled.

Archive a property to stop charges

Archiving a property is important when you no longer manage it or don't intend to receive bookings for it in the long term. Archiving disables all connections and ensures the property manager isn't charged for the listing in the next billing cycle.
