To deactivate an account (parent or child) in your White Label Channel Manager, use the Push_ArchiveUser_RQ API method.
After you close an account, reactivating it isn't possible. Contact the Rentals United Support Team. Our Support Specialist will try to reactivate your account. Note that the reactivation may be not successful.
If your clients mention that they'd like to stop using White Label Channel Manager, but carry on with Rentals United, make sure to pass this case to Rentals United. The client should get in touch with Rentals United on their own, so that they don’t lose any data.
