Error handling requires assistance from our Support Team. This article explains some of the most common error codes and suggested solutions.
- 403: Forbidden - This error informs you that you are not eligible to access the resources. In most cases, your PMS Profile isn't ready yet. If you've just started the API integration stage, then you may want to wait up to 2 days. If the error persists, contact the Support Team.
- 401: Unauthorized - This error displays when an authorization tokens expire. Make sure you're using a valid token pair and consider implementing continuous refreshing of tokens. You can also see this error while attempting to create subusers account, but your master account doesn't have right to do it. In this case, you should contact our Support Team.
- An error occurred - This is a very common error that you're likely to receive in most cases. If you are in the API implementation stage, this error likely appears because you didn't add any properties to your account. If the error occurs after adding properties, contact the Support Team.
