PMS partners can customize the channel selection that clients see in the White Label Channel Manager. To hide specific channels from client view, contact the Support Team.
Publishing listings
Rentals United API functionality doesn't provide methods to add new properties to a channel. Property managers publish and manage their properties directly in White Label Channel Manager.
Activate channel connections
Properties added to a property manager's account in PMS don't appear on a channel automatically. Property manager first completes the channel connection and property publishing process.
Before you start
Property managers can start connecting to the channels after successful completion of the PMS certification process. Channel connections remain unavailable until the certification process is complete.

White Label Channel Manager functions exclusively as a channel connector. Clients can't connect to other vacation rental (VR) services or revenue management systems (RMS) through this interface.
