Choose one of the general cancellation policies offered by Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy:
- Cancellation 14 days with grace period
- Cancellation 30 days with grace period
- Cancellation 60 days with grace period
- Cancellation 90 days with grace period
- Auto-select
If you select the Auto-select option, the system uses the cancellation policy set on the property level and checks it against the other four cancellation policies to choose the best matching cancellation policy automatically.

Step by step:
- In Rentals United platform, open Channel Settings. Follow the steps here.
- Navigate to the Cancellation policy section.
- From the dropdown, choose a cancellation policy option.
- Click Save.
