Adding new listing to Expedia

1. In your Rentals United account, open Property Settings for Expedia. Follow the steps here.

2. Click + Add property.

3. When the question "Is your property already published in Expedia?" appears, select No.
4. Provide the PM Name and click Next.

5. Choose the properties to add to this channel. Click Continue.

   

6. Review the selected properties. Click Continue.
7. We check the property against listing requirements and display the check summary for you. If some properties are not ready to publish, improve them. 
8. Adjust the markup for each listing.
9. Click Publish properties. The listings enter the Pending status.
10. Contact hoteldelivery@expedia.com and request publishing properties. The channel reviews your listings and update their status automatically. Listings should appear in your Expedia dashboard within 24 hours. 

Each property added to Expedia becomes a hotel with only one room type.
