This lead doesn't block the property calendar availability and contains less information than a standard booking request.

For Vrbo, leads differ from standard requests because they contain specific text in the comments section: "This is a lead. You cannot accept or reject it. Please encourage the guest to book directly on Vrbo".
Managing Vrbo leads
Property managers can't confirm or decline leads. The purpose of a lead is to notify property managers that a guest wants to establish contact.
If you received a lead, message the guest via Guest Communication or the chat on the Vrbo website to ask them to make a official booking through Vrbo.
