Booking.com supports three pricing models:
- Daily price
- LOS pricing
- FSP pricing
Detect the pricing model
Rentals United automatically sets the pricing model for new listings added to Booking.com based on the pricing data in Rentals United while adding new hotel to Booking.com.
Note:
Make sure your properties pricing is set according to the pricing model you wish to have in Booking.com before adding a hotel to Booking.com.
The system selects the pricing model per hotel according to the following rules:
- LOS pricing: If the main hotel property has at least one day with pricing that requires the LOS pricing model , such as LOS pricing, FSP pricing, occupancy pricing.
- OBP pricing: If the main hotel property doesn't have a single day with pricing that requires the LOS pricing model.
If you already have hotels in Booking.com mapped to properties in Rentals United, your pricing model used in Booking.com doesn't change.
Switch pricing in Rentals United
If your pricing changed after you added or mapped a hotel to Booking.com, you need to update the pricing model in Booking. com. Follow the steps below to to change the pricing model.
Step by step:
- In your Rentals United account, open Property Settings for Booking.com. Follow the steps here.
- Click
next to the relevant hotel, and choose Update listing content. - Check the box next to the "Property Settings" option.
- Click Update selected.
