Importing existing bookings from Vrbo to Rentals United ensures all reservation information remains centralized in Rentals United. Importing bookings creates reservations in Rentals United, copies the reservation data from Vrbo and blocks availability at those dates.
You can import only bookings with future dates that don’t exist in Rentals United, such as bookings made before you created an account with Rentals United.
New bookings sync automatically with Rentals United and no manual action is required.
Step by step:
- Log in to your Rentals United account.
- In the side menu, go to the Services tab.
- Select My Services, and navigate to the Airbnb section.
- Click
to unfold the section, and click Property Settings.
- Click
next to the account you want to import bookings for, and select Import Vrbo bookings. - In the confirmation popup, click Import.
Imported bookings are reservations in “Confirmed” status, and they appear in the calendar regardless of the current availability on those days. They may look like overbookings.
Standard modification and cancellation rules apply to imported bookings.
