TRACK: Switch to multi-unit synchronisation
TRACK has introduced new API endpoints enabling synchronisation of availability, pricing, and static data for multi-unit properties. As a result, users must select either single-unit synchronisation or multi-unit synchronisation. You cannot have properties of two types mixed under one connection.
Enable multi-unit synchronisation
To enable multi-unit synchronisation, reach out to your Key Account Manager in Rentals United or contact
Prerequisites
If you switch to the multi-unit synchronisation, your single-units will be archived in Rentals United.
By default, TRACK only validates the credit card data in the reservation. If you want TRACK to charge the credit card upon inserting this reservation to TRACK, make sure this information is passed to your Key Account Manager in Rentals United.
Data synchronisation
Track introduced new endpoints (availability, pricing, static data) for data synchronisation of multi-unit properties.
Most of the synchronisation scope works as with the single-unit connection, please see here.
Reservation processing
There are no changes to the regular reservation process - see here.
In TRACK, reservations and reservation modifications will be inserted to a "unitTypeId" from the reservation.
