How to update email addresses for guest's messages in channels?
In case you do not receive emails to your email inbox, make sure that the address you provided in the channels is the one you want to use.

Your property’s contact information will be provided to the guest on their booking confirmation voucher. This will include the property’s phone number and email address (in accordance with the contact information provided during registration.
For the messaging purposes, Agoda uses the host contact email, which can be provided per property. Therefore, you should make sure that your properties contact email is the same as the email set in Rentals United Guest Communication Control Panel settings for Email forwarding.

As a property management, you do not set up that email yourself in the dashboard. Instead, you need to communicate directly with Blueground and provide them with the email address you wish to use before they set up your account. Blueground specifically asks for an email address for notifications.
