Introduction

Hostfully is a San Francisco- based software company providing an innovative and open technology platform for short-term rental professionals.

Integration model

The integration with Hostfully is based on the Hostfully API. Your properties in Rentals United will be presented based on the information Hostfully shares about your properties via the API.

This document outlines how the two systems work together.

• Rentals United retrieves the static content and ARI data from Hostfully at predefined times - see Data synchronization.

• Reservations and cancellations are supported - see Reservation processing.

Connection limitations

Certain descriptive property data is hard-coded with same value for all properties and all clients.

Note that you will need to add some descriptive property information to your properties in Rentals United platform before they can be connected to sales channels.

Currently, there is no multi-unit connection between Rentals United and Hostfully.
