Which channels can send commission to Streamline VRS?

Rentals United sends the commission amount to Streamline VRS only if you have checked in the Send Commission checkbox in the PMS Settings - read here. However, in case reservations were made in the channels which are merchants of records, the commission will not come through to Streamline VRS - even if you have the Send Commission setting turned on for your account.

The commission is not available for reservations coming from the following channels:

• Airbnb

• Cuddlynest

• Homelike

• Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy

• MisterB&B

• Ostrovok

So in case the commission is not available in Streamline VRS for some reservations, make sure you checked you turned the commission settings on (read here). Also, see the list above and make sure that the reservation does not come from the listed channels.
