Integration overview

Introduction

Based in the UK, TABS is a market-leading cottage booking software that integrates with existing websites and is easily customised. TABS has been taken in by the The Original Cottage Company (TOCC).

Integration model

Your properties in Rentals United will be presented based on the information TABS shares about your properties. This document outlines how the two systems work together.

  • Rentals United retrieves the static content and ARI data from TABS at predefined times - see Data synchronization

  • Reservations are supported - see Reservation processing

  • Guest credit card data is inserted directly in Opayo (formerly SagePay) for TABS and in Apexx for the TOCC customers. Payment success/failure information is inserted into TABS.

Connection limitations

Certain descriptive property data is hard-coded with same value for all properties and all clients.

Note that you will need to add some descriptive property information to your properties in Rentals United platform before they can be connected to sales channels.

Currently, there is no multi-unit connection between Rentals United and TABS.
