Add new property

In order to add a new property, log in to Rentals United and click on the Properties tab of the main menu. Select the Add new property option. This option allows you add a single unrelated property, for example an entire apartment.

Now, please see the Step 1: Basic info and follow instructions there. This section will guide you through the 7-Step procedure of adding a new property to Rentals United, ensuring at the same time that the content you define is of good quality and ready to go live. New property will appear in the All properties list.

Tip: If you are already working with Airbnb and have properties created in their system that you wish to import to Rentals United, you may want to have a look at Importing properties from Airbnb.

Before your property is ready to get listed on the channel, it must meet the minimum content requirements imposed by Rentals United. You can read more about it at Property statuses and Quality check.

Note: If you are a PMS or API user, you may import the properties to Rentals United from your PMS or through the API. In such a case you may specifically refer to the PMS Overview or API Portal.
