Appear in Google Travel Search and Google Travel Maps and compete at the highest level alongside hotels while being in control of your pricing and availability. Google Travel for vacation rentals is a great opportunity to increase your visibility, drive bookings and boost your revenue.
Minimum requirements to connect
In order to connect the Property Manager’s (PM’s) property to Google Travel, the following requirements must be met:

Property name: It must contain at least one character;

Note: Selecting Shared room and Hotel as property type will result in an error while creating a new listing in the channel. -
Country: It needs to be provided;

Geo-coordinates: It must be provided;

Licence number: It needs to be provided.

Number of bathrooms: At least 1 bathroom must be selected.

Photo size (both width and height) cannot be greater than 4096 px.

Availability: The property has some available periods specified

Redirecting traffic: Rentals United verifies if the property has the URL to their custom website provided. This is applicable only to clients who have their property configured to redirect traffic.

The static content is synchronised to the channel upon first-time connection. If the content is updated, the changes are retrieved by the channel typically once a day, but may be less frequently. |

Inventory type
| Pick & Choose | The channel takes all inventory. Once a property is connected to Google Travel, the channel picks and chooses which properties to publish. |
| Multi-units |
Multi-units are not supported in the integration with Google Travel. If multi-units are used in Rentals United, availability is synchronised as if it was a regular property. In other words, the availability for multi-units connected to Google Travel is flattened to 1 unit. |
