Understanding the Agoda reservation process

Instant booking

Agoda doesn't quote Rentals United before the reservation is made. Instead, Agoda uses the availability and pricing available in the channel at the time of booking.

1. A guest enters the reservation page on the Agoda website and provides the details of a reservation.
2. If the property is available to rent, the guest completes the reservation process on the Agoda website by providing their personal data.

3. Rentals United retrieves the reservation from Agoda.

   When you connected several Rentals United properties to a single room type (multi-unit group), reservations assign to a property depending on their moves configuration.

4. You receive an email with new reservation details (sent to your "Confirmation email").

New reservations sync from Agoda every 5 minutes. 

Request to book

Agoda supports the "Request to book" model. To enable the "Request to book" booking policy, contact us. 

Once Agoda activates "Request to book" for your account, you must confirm each booking directly in the Agoda extranet.. Agoda sends an email directly to you for every incoming booking request.
