Photos are the most visual part of your property that often makes your guests finally choose your property over another. Make sure to upload fine photos of the best quality, so that your property stands out from the crowd.
Photos are synchronized from Rentals United to Airbnb. Nonetheless, there are some requirements on the Airbnb and make sure to follow them.
- Number of photos: You can provide up to 99 photos per property.
- Size: Each photo must be larger than 50 KB and smaller than 18.75 MB.

Captions: Captions are synchronized.
- In case of multiple languages available, we sync the English captions.
- If there's no English caption, we sync the first caption available.
- If there's no caption provided, we use the image tag to fill the caption field. We sync all image tags except for the main, interior and exterior image tags.
- Order: The order of photos is preserved.

Photo tour
Currently, Rentals United doesn't support the Airbnb photo tour feature. To use the Airbnb photo tour, set it directly in Airbnb extranet. Find more details in this Airbnb Help Centre article.
Make sure to turn off Airbnb automatic listing content update in Rentals United and exclude photo updates when updating listing content to Airbnb. This ensures photo tours in Airbnb remain active without being overwritten by Rentals United.
