Setting the minimum guest age for Vrbo

You can define a minimum age requirement for the primary traveler in your Vrbo settings. This ensures that at least one guest in every reservation meets your age criteria.

Step-by-step:

1. In Rentals United account, open Channel Settings. Follow the steps here.
2. Locate the Minimum guest age section.

3. Provide the minimum age of the primary guest.

   

   Note: By default, the minimum guest age is set to 18. You can increase this value, but you can’t set it lower than 18. If you set the age to 26, the reservation will only be confirmed if at least one guest is 26 years or older.

4. Click Save.
