Boost the performance of your brand-new listings and get your first bookings faster by enabling the New Listing Promotion. New Listing Promotion applies a 20% discount to the first three bookings of an eligible listing. Once a listing receives three bookings, the promotion expires automatically. The discount value is calculated from the base rent price (without fees, taxes and other discounts).
Before you start
New Listing Promotion takes priority over other promotions and discounts and doesn't stack with them (see here for a list of discounts available in the connection with Airbnb). For example, if you have already set up a last-minute discount and enabled the New Listing Promotion, only New Listing Promotion applies.
New Listing Promotion applies if your meet the following requirements:
- You listing doesn't have 3 bookings yet
- Smart Pricing is deactivated in your Airbnb account
Enable the New Listing Promotion
Apply promotion for all listings
If you are already connected to Airbnb, you can enable the promotion for all eligible listings at once within your account settings.
Step by step:
- In Rentals United account, open Channel Settings. Follow the steps here.
Navigate to the New Listing Promotion section.
Select Apply the New Listing Promotion to all eligible listings.
- Click Save.
To turn the promotion off for all listings, select Do not apply and click Save. Any bookings made while the promotion was active will keep the discounted price.
Turn on for individual listings
Step by step:
You can turn the New Listing Promotion for individual listings directly in Airbnb. Enabling it in Airbnb gives you more control over the listings to which the New Listing Promotion applies.
- Log in to your Airbnb account and go to your Calendar.
- Select your eligible new listing.
- Go to the Price settings tab on the right-side panel.
Scroll down to the Promotions section.
Click on the New Listing Promotion and click Apply promotion.

After enabling, the promotion is instantly available in Airbnb. Guests see that a special promotion applies while booking any of your eligible listing.
