Instant booking process

A guest enters the reservation page on the MakeMyTrip website and provides the details of a reservation (dates, number of guests etc.).

If the property is available to rent, the guest completes the reservation process on the MakeMyTrip website by providing their personal data.
Note: MakeMyTrip does not quote Rentals United in the booking process. -
MakeMyTrip sends a notification to Rentals United about a new booking. Rentals United then pulls it from MakeMyTrip.

Reservation details
When a reservation arrives, theMakeMyTrip provides the standard guest information (such as name, surname, and phone number) along with booking details including the property name, number of guests, stay dates, and price. All of this information is available in Guest Planner > Big Card.

Modifying a reservation
Modifications initiated in MakeMyTrip are synchronized to Rentals United.
You cannot modify a reservation from MakeMyTrip in Rentals United. You need to handle the changes directly with the guest or via the channel.

Cancellations initiated in MakeMyTrip are synchronized to Rentals United.
You cannot cancel a reservation from MakeMyTrip in Rentals United. You need to handle the cancellations directly with the guest or via the channel.
