Dashboard
Our user dashboard is a clear and modern interface designed to provide key information about your inventory. Get an overview of your account’s current state with just a quick look.
Quick actions
On the top of the dashboard, you can find quick actions buttons. They give you immediate access to the basic functionalities directly from the dashboard to save your time looking for these options in the main menu.

Connect to channels - directs you to the Find services list where you can search through a complete list of our partners that you have not yet used and connect to them

Add property - directs you to the Add property page where you can add a new property to your inventory in Rentals United

Add booking - directs you to the Guest Planner where you can add a new booking
Statistics
Thanks to aggregated account data, you can keep an eye on how your properties perform by tracking the number of new and cancelled bookings within the selected period. Dynamic graphs give you a quick overview of the seasons when your properties generated the highest and lowest numbers of bookings and how it changed over time.
You can also monitor the exact number of bookings and cancellations as well as your gained and lost revenue in a currency of your choice. You can also see the top three channels that generated the highest number of bookings and cancellations.
Inventory & Channels
This section gives you a bird’s-eye view of your properties and their connection to the channels. Use this tracker to monitor the connection’s status and quickly pinpoint potential connection issues.
Here you can see the overall number of properties (connected and not connected) as well as the number of channels you are currently connected to.

Properties is the number of all active properties

Connected is the number of all properties connected to at least one channel or in at least one active rate

Not connected is the number of all properties not connected to any channel and not in any active rate
You can take immediate actions right from the dashboard:

Connect more properties - directs you to the My services list where you can search through the channels you are connected to, add more properties, overview the connection etc. Read here.

Manage your properties - directs you to All properties, where you can quickly filter out the properties that require improvements and edit them. Read here.
In case there are no properties in your account, there is a different set of options available for you.
Latest messages
In this part of the dashboard, you can view the latest chats with your guests. The new messages notifications are presented in real-time, with the newest messages shown on the top.
This section works only with our Guest Communication(3 latest messages) or Smart Guest Communication (5 latest messages). Use the links to read more how to set it up.
