Instant booking process
Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy sends the reservations to the Rentals United after performing a quote request and receiving a confirmation that the reservation is possible.

A guest enters the reservation page on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website and provides the details of a reservation (dates, number of guests etc.).

Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy checks with Rentals United if the property is available for the selected dates and the number of guests.

Rentals United confirms if the property is available or not.
Note: Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy ignores the quote price that is shared by Rentals United. Instead, it calculates it itself on the basis of the pricing plan, taxes and fees shared with the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy. Note that optional fees are not shared with the channel, hence, do not take part in the price calculation. -
If the property is available to rent, the guest completes the reservation process on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website by providing their personal data.

Inserting reservation manually
It is always possible to insert reservation manually in Rentals United Guest Planner or from the Bookings tab. In such a case, the availability is blocked and the channel is updated.
Reservation details
When a reservation is received, Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy provides us with the standard guest personal data (name, surname, phone number etc.) and booking details (property name, number of guests, date, price). Some channels also include additional information. All these details can be accessed in Guest Planner > Big Card or via API methods used to retrieve reservations, for example Pull_ListReservations_RQ.
